If all the bridesmaids are wearing their hair up and you have short hair, just fluff the back, and use hairpins to sweep your hair off your face and keep it back. Long hair can easily be dressed up in a variety of ways. Junior bridesmaids should have their hair similar to the bridesmaids, but with less of an adult look; pins and combs work great for them.
