Italian Sea Mini Skirt Ban

A straight-laced Italian city set to coast ban women wearing miniskirts in a sexy way to "restore decency" and combat the rise of sexual harassment.

And prohibitions on micro mini skirts Council is considering banning revealing tops, low slung jeans and underwear revealing in Castellammare di Stabia, near Naples.

Local Mayor Luigi Bobbio to submit proposals to the first offer "to bring the city of good taste and morality."

Bobbio also hopes to ban swearing, playing football in public parks and anti-social behavior.

The local church also supports the proposals. Pastor Don Paolo Cecere said: "I think it's the right decision is a great way to try to combat sexual harassment .."

Under new plans people could be fined anything between 20 and 500 EUR for breaking the rules.
